The smartphone has a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal memory. It runs Android 13 based FunTouchOS 13 skin out of the box.

In terms of camera, the iQOO Z7 5G phone has a 64-megapixel primary camera with OIS technology and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. That means it has a dual camera. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and videos. Also, USB Type-C port, 44W fast charging facility. There is also a 4500mAh battery. The smartphone comes in two color variants in India. They are: Pacific Night and Norway Blue.
